Co-prosper HK – Welfare Projects Matching Platform

Invitation to Welfare Organisations and Social Enterprises for project proposal submission
First-round matching is now open for application with closing date on 29 November 2026

Introduction to the Matching Platform

Led by the Government, the Co-prosper HK – Welfare Projects Matching Platform brings together the “goodwill” from the business sector and “creativity” from the community, as well as facilitating the matching between funders and project proponents to deliver targeted support to target groups.
The Matching Platform operates on a bilateral and voluntary matching model. Any collaboration is subject to mutual agreement between the funder and the project proponents, with specific terms negotiated independently by both parties. Funding is disbursed directly from funders to project proponents without being routed through the Platform. The Platform acts as a bridge and facilitator to encourage exchange and foster partnerships between both sides.
